Get into Science at the Schlossfest

Every year, the University of Mannheim organizes a two-part science program for the Schlossfest entitled “Wissenschaft erleben” (“Get into Science”). The first part is the Interactive Program, which takes place in the afternoon. It gives chairs and research institutions the opportunity to present their projects to visitors in interactive exhibitions or personal discussions. The second part is the Science Marathon, which takes place in the evening. During this part of the program, researchers spend 20 minutes giving simple presentations on their area of research, enabling visitors to gain a quick insight into the research being done at the University of Mannheim.
