Orientations

In the week before classes begin, various orientations are held that give you important advice for your stay and help in organizing your timetable. You should definitely attend these meetings! In addition, the student representatives (Fachschaften) of the schools also hold orientation meetings about their faculties and events to introduce you to the student life in Mannheim (for example pub tours). They are a great opportunity to meet German students. In order to take part in all of the events offered we strongly recommend you to come to Mannheim at least a week before the start of lectures!
