Mannheim's main station is in close reach of the University of Mannheim and enables acces to ICE trains. The trams number 1 and 5 take you to the university where you can either get out at the stop "Schloß" or "University". You can get your own timetable for the trams here.
International guests reach Mannheim via the airport in Frankfurt/Main. Fast trains such as the ICE trains bring you in about 30 Minutes to Mannheim main station. You can get your own timetable for trains to Mannheim here (in English and other languages).
A convenient alternative to the train is a pick-up service offered by various companies. We provide the contact details of two companies that offer to pick you up at the airport Frankfurt/Main and bring you to the Welcome Centre/Guesthouse or to any other destination of your choice.
