The Welcome Centre administers the Guesthouses of the University of Mannheim in the city blocks L2 and M2 with a total of 32 apartments (1 to 4 rooms per apartment). Both guesthouses are located only a few steps away from the Palace, the main building of the university - a perfect residence for  international scholars and their families. Both the university and the centre of the city with many shopping and leisure facilities are within walking distance.
