Applications with a lower priority enable applicants applying for admission to the first semester of one of our bachelor's programs to indicate their second and third study choices. These applications are taken into account if you are not granted admission to your first choice. We only consider applications with a lower priority if there are still study places available on the program in question once all main applications for admission have been processed. That’s why you should always submit a main application for admission to the degree program which is your first choice. If the number of main applications for admission to a certain degree program is higher than the number of study places available, it is not worth selecting this program as your second or third choice.
