Gabriele Zebrovskyte Aid Fund for International Students
In 2013, our Lithuanian student Gabriele Z. was murdered on her way home from university. Her death was a great shock for the region and a heavy blow for the University of Mannheim. We have been working for many years to make the university attractive to students from all over the world and see ourselves as an international place of learning and research.
In memory of Gabriele Z., the University of Mannheim has set up the Gabriele Fund, which supports foreign students who find themselves in need at short notice through no fault of their own.
