The WOVEN programs primarily support young women in establishing a career in research. There is one program for every career stage. The Woven Start program contains individual coaching sessions and presentations to support woman students with their career planning. The Woven Pro: acadeMIA program is for woman doctoral candidates. It runs for one year and includes content useful for a career in research. The Woven PostDoc program runs for two to four years and encourages researchers to continue their academic training after completing their doctorate. The Woven Habil program contains individual coaching sessions and workshops to prepare woman habilitation candidates specifically for their upcoming appointment procedure.
Two prizes for publications are also awarded each year. The Woven Honors and Woven Publish prizes recognize early-stage researchers who have written an excellent final thesis or publication on a topic relating to gender and diversity.
Please contact Mr. Kaufmann if you have any questions on the WOVEN programs or calls for proposals.
