Classroom Observations

Classroom observations give teachers the opportunity to receive feedback on their courses, and adjust and improve their teaching methods, if necessary. You can choose from two types of observation:

Peer Observations
Colleagues work in teams of two to perform peer observations. The colleagues take turns to observe their partner’s lessons and provide feedback. If you are interested in a peer observation, you can find out more about the process in the guide. You can also contact Ms. Klinger for further advice.

Observation by an Expert
If you choose this type of observation, an expert, who is trained in the teaching and learning strategies used in higher education, visits your course and gives you feedback. If you are interested in this type of classroom observation, please contact Ms. Klinger.
