Disable Spam E-Mail Rule

You can disable the rule that e-mails that have been marked as spam with “****Spam-Verdacht***” in the subject line are moved to the junk e-mail folder. Please proceed as follows:

1. Go to https://exchange.uni-mannheim.de/ in your web browser.

2. Login with your Uni-ID and the corresponding password.

3. Click on the gear symbol in the upper right corner and then on “Options”:

4. In the window that opens, click on “Inbox and sweep rules” and uncheck the box for the rule “Move Spam to Junk” and then click on the “Save” button:

5. By clicking on “Options” in the upper left corner, you can return to the account view.

6. You can enable the rule again by completing the steps mentioned above, but check the boxes and save the changes.
