Are you a Mannheim student who enjoys getting to know new people? Do you want to support international students with settling in in Germany and at the University of Mannheim this fall semester?

Who can sign up?
- Mannheim students of all disciplines
- at least in their second semester
- ideally, you should be available for at least one semester
What am I expected to do as a coach?
- being a contact person for an international student
- help with student-related questions and issues
- provide support at the start in Mannheim (e.g. picking the student up at their day of arrival, administrative procedures and searching accommodation, etc.)
What are the advantages of the Study Peers Program?
- You meet new people.
- You can improve your foreign language skills.
- The experience can also be good preparation for your own trip abroad.
- Together, you can take part in special events within the Study Peer Program.
- At the end of the semester, all Local Study Peers receive a certificate.
