Simulated Appointment Procedures

As a professor, you have the ability to actively support early-stage researchers on their path to becoming a professor. For example, you could act as a member of a simulated search committee at a training session for professorial appointments and share your own experience of the appointment procedure. 

You can also encourage early-stage researchers to attend one of these simulated appointment procedures and present their project to the committee there.
