Our Gym

Our university´s own gym in the square D2 extends to an area of 1,020 sq.m. where our members can feel free to move, work out and enjoy.

Cardio workout

Treadmills, crosstrainers, steppers, ergometers, crossramps, multicrossers and a rowing machine help you to reduce stress, strengthen your cardiovascular system, increase your stamina, burn calories or warm up.

Weight Training

You can build muscles with our numerous devices and dumbbells. Gain strength and burn fat to steel your body. Our generous free-weight area, the huge artificial turf and our equipment park provide everything you need to get your arms, legs, back, chest or stomach in shape.
