When you train in our gym D2, then you have competent trainers available. Each of them is highly qualified and able to advise you on your individual training goals and visions proposefully. Just go up to them and ask for support!

“The most important realization is that you own only one body. That means that you have to strain it but not to overstrain it. No matter if you need help or have a short question, just ask me, I’m very often at D2, sometimes also on leg day. An old saying says: It‘s 50% fact, 50% magic, 100% results. I care about the theoretical background, the D2 FitnessGym is pure magic and the results come to you!”
