Justus is a PhD candidate at the “Center for Doctoral Studies in Economics” (CDSE) at the University of Mannheim. Since 2019 he has also been a researcher at the ZEW – Leibniz Centre for European Economic Research. His research focuses on public finance, political economics, and municipal taxation.
Justus completed a master’s degree in economics at the University of Tübingen in a joint program with the University of Adelaide in Australia, and a bachelor’s degree at the University of Bayreuth.
