The Chair's research is mainly rooted in the area of comparative political science and legislative research with a focus on Europe. Methodologically, most activities center around empirical testing of institutional theories on political bargaining and decision-making. As a student research assistant, you support ongoing research projects of Professor König and his team. In particular, student research assistants help us to collect and manage datasets with Stata and R. We expect a strong interest in quantitative data analysis and political science research generally. A background in Comparative Politics, European Union Politics or International Relations is preferred. A strong command of English is mandatory as well as some prior experience with data management/
