Cultural Diversity

Mannheim is a lively, cosmopolitan and international city; half of the people here have a history of migration. Cultural diversity is also embraced and celebrated on campus: Every fifth student comes from abroad to complete a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral program at the University of Mannheim. People from all over the world study, work, do research and teach here. We want to ensure that people feel welcome at the university, irrespective of their ethnic background, nationality or culture.
