Supporters

At the core, CAS is providing teaching relief to University of Mannheim professors so they can focus on research. To this end, the CAS finances substitute professorships to cover the teaching duties of the fellows in each cohort who are selected for research. 

These substitute positions are made possible by the generous support of the University of Mannheim’s benefactors. The “Beste Köpfe”-Program, launched by Dr. Hans-Peter Wild together with the University of Mannheim Foundation, makes an invaluable contribution. 

An important contribution also comes from the Heinrich Vetter Foundation, which is closely connected to the University of Mannheim in many ways.
