The University of Mannheim has a clear goal: It aims to be one of the leading international universities in the field of economic and social sciences.

The organization “Freunde der Universität Mannheim” (Friends of the University of Mannheim) supports the university on its way to the top. In return, the university gives a lot back to its supporters – for example, they receive privileged access to outstanding students and scientists. We will present our goals and services on these pages.

Promote talents – provide freedom

Last academic year, the University of Mannheim was able to award 123 German-scholarships “Deutschlandstipendium” with the help of many private donors, the University of Mannheim Foundation, the Friends of the University of Mannheim and ABSOLVENTUM.

Please help us with your donation so that we can provide even more students with this financial support in the academic year 2024/25 and thus give them the freedom for social engagement and personal development.
