Submission of Term Papers in the Prüfungs-ILIAS
Please note: In the spring semester 2025, we will test the submission of term papers in the Prüfungs-ILIAS with some departments. The submission of term papers will then be successively expanded.
The electronic submission of term papers will be transferred from the normal ILIAS to the Prüfungs-ILIAS. This is to relieve the workload of ILIAS and to ensure that you can now find all examinations in one place in the Prüfungs-ILIAS. Security precautions, work performance, and the connection to the electronic student file are also better warranted by using the Prüfungs-ILIAS.
Important steps
How is the course created in the Prüfungs-ILIAS?
After Student Services have created the examination with the term paper as examination form in Portal², a corresponding course is exported to the Prüfungs-ILIAS. The responsible examiners are stored here as course admins. If additional people need access, they can be added by all course admins.
Where do I find the submitted term papers?
In your exam course, click on “Step 2” and then on the “Submission and grades” tab. All term papers are stored there and can be downloaded as often as you like.
How do I deal with problems?

If students are unable to view the examination course, please refer them directly to the responsible Student Services advisor.
