Whiteboard is a digital canvas where you can visualize ideas, work creatively with notes, shapes, templates, etc., and document meeting outcomes. This application is available to employees and students of the University of Mannheim. Please see the information on data protection and use.
FAQs
Creating a whiteboard
- Click on “New Whiteboard.”
- You can optionally select a template.
Sharing a whiteboard
- Open the relevant whiteboard.
- In the upper right corner, click on “Share.”
- Either add the relevant user(s) directly or copy the link.
Tip: You can restrict the writing permissions for a person or link.
Exporting a whiteboard
- Open the relevant whiteboard.
- Click on the gear symbol in the upper right corner.
- Click on “Export.”
- Choose your desired file format.
