Information emails due to Microsoft contract changes
Over the next few days, staff members may receive various e-mails from Microsoft outlining apps and services in the Microsoft M365 cloud environment.
These e-mails are genuine but can be ignored. Staff members must not take any action in this regard. These e-mails are due to a one-time change in internal license assignments related to contract changes.
The currently available Microsoft M365 apps and services and the level of data protection will remain the same, and no new M365 apps and services will be added as part of these license assignments.
