The media technology team used the semester break for numerous renovations, conversions and up-

dates.

The media technology team used the semester break for numerous renovations, conversions and up-
dates:

  • In A5/6, lecture hall B144 now also has a new touch panel interface. You now use dual re-
    cording and camera tracking. There is a new laser projector for the main projection, a perma-
    nently installed second pendant microphone and a new visualizer.
  • In B6, 30–32, the seminar rooms on the first, second and third floors have been fitted with
    HDMI/USB-C/network cables at the tables. The old projectors were replaced with more pow-
    erful laser projectors and the older interactive whiteboards with modern screens.
  • In the Schloss Westflügel, rooms W017 and W114 have also been fitted with fixed HDMI,
    USB-C and network connection cables on the tables. Both rooms also have new laser projec-
    tors.
  • New laser projectors have also been installed at Schneckenhof Ost’s SO 115 and SO 133
    rooms.
  • At Ehrenhof Ost, room EO 188, the screen was replaced. The room also has a camera bar for
    video conferencing and a button control panel. It now also has HDMI and USB-C connection
    cables. Another USB-A connection cable connects you to the camera bar for your video con-
    ference.
  • At the Hays building on Willy-Brandt-Platz, nine rooms were newly equipped with presenta-
    tion technology, HDMI and USB-C connection cables and, in some cases, video bars.
  • Lecture hall SO 108 has received a new high-intensity laser projector for the main projection.
  • The large lecture halls that are equipped with a new touch panel interface received a soft-
    ware update to save energy. Use the “System An/Aus” tab to switch off the entire technical
    system before leaving the lecture hall.
