Loss or defect of the ecUM

replacement cards are now available directly at the InfoCenter

If your ecUM is lost, defective, or your status changes, you will receive a replacement ecUM card. Previously, you had to request this via Portal2. From now on, you can report this directly to the InfoCenter without having to go through Portal2. The InfoCenter will issue a new card to you.

If you suspect that your ecUM card has been lost, please block it as soon as possible on the user administration website. If you find it again at a later date, you can also unblock it there.
