Speaker Bio
After graduating with a Master in Management (Diplôme de Grande Ecole) and specialisation in financial markets from ESCP Europe, Victoria Arnold worked for BNP Paribas' division Global Equities and Commodity Derivatives from 2008 to 2015. From 2015 to 2018, she was responsible for the coverage of institutional clients in Germany and Austria for index solutions at DWS. In July 2018, she joined BlackRock, where she is in charge of the coverage of German Corporates & Pensions for ETFs & Index Investing. In September 2019, she was appointed local BlackRock ESG-representative for Germany, Austria and Eastern Europe and has since then, represented BlackRock in the working group Sustainable Investing at the BVI (German Asset Management Industry association). Since September 2021, Victoria Arnold represents BlackRock in the Green and Sustainable Finance Cluster Germany (Industry Think Tank on Sustainable Finance in Hesse and Germany).
