Symposia finder: feel free to use the symposium finder sheet which is open now
Submissions for all contributions (symposia, talks, posters) will be possible from October 1, 2026 – November 15, 2026
Evaluation of submissions and feedback in Mid-December 2026

Registrations

Registration will open Mid-December 2026 and will be open until February 28, 2027
An early-bird reduction to the registration fees will be offered until Mid-January 2027

Conference

Pre-conference workshops: March 21, 2027
Conference: March 22 – March 24, 2027
- Note that we plan three full days of the conference, approximately from 09:00 to 18:00, also on March 24
