Travel information

By plane
The closest airports are Frankfurt airport (FRA) and Stuttgart airport (STR). There is a direct ICE train line (32 minutes) from Frankfurt airport Fernbahnhof to Mannheim central station. From Stuttgart airport, it takes about 80–90 minutes by train (including a change in Stuttgart main station) to reach Mannheim main station.

By train
There are plenty of train connections to Mannheim, including ICE trains from different directions. Check out www.bahn.de.

By car
Note that parking space is rather limited and parking fees are quite high in Mannheim, so coming in by car is only recommended for short stays.

Travelling in Mannheim
In the city center (where the main station and the conference venue are located), most destinations can easily be reached by foot. Bus lines and tram lines take you to all parts of the city. Check out connections and ticket prices on https://www.vrn.de (in German).
