Printing documents for your exams
You have the option to generate and print the documents for your examinations yourself. The following documents are available
- _All documents for the examination
- _Attendance list
- _Exam minutes and handout
- _Exam cover pages
- _Exam cover pages blank
- _Seating chart to be posted at the door
Particularly in case of exams with many participants the process might take a few minutes. The document will the be opened in a separate window.
I wish to print exam documents as a responsible examiner
Go to Teaching and click on My courses and examinations. Then go to the tab Examinations. Select the examination and click on the symbol for the participants list. In the instance that the seating chart has already been generated a green arrow will show you that seats have already been assigned. You can now select the document to be printed from the dropdown menu on the left. By clicking on Start, a pdf document will be generated for you to save and print.
I am a teacher and wish to print documents as a proxy for another teacher

Proxy. Select the examination and click on the symbol for the participants list.
