The MAC was founded in 2019 as a cross-divisional center for management analytics within the University of Mannheim Business School. The research of the Management Analytics Center is built on the collaboration of the individual chairs of the University of Mannheim Business School, and their respective teams. Through this cross-disciplinary approach, the MAC transcends boundaries and stimulates the emergence of new research projects. In this way, the MAC promotes data-driven collaborative research at the University of Mannheim.
Directors of the Center are Prof. Dr. Torsten Biemann and Prof. Dr. Hartmut Höhle. In addition, the Management Analytics Center is supported by Assistant Professor Prof. Dr. Jana-Rebecca Rehse and the Advisory Board in its strategic orientation.
