On 30 October 2025, the University of Mannheim and NEXT Mannheim in cooperation with Interdisciplinary Research Group Family Firms invite you to an inspiring afternoon dedicated to female entrepreneurship, innovation, and societal impact.

Highlights
The ENGAGE.EU Female Entrepreneurship Roundtable is aimed in particular at female and non-binary students to gain insights into gender-specific challenges in the startup world and develop solutions for inclusive innovation and startup ecosystems.
Participants will learn how to apply entrepreneurial skills to address societal challenges – and benefit from exchanging ideas with experts and peers.
