Maintenance and Incidents

We always do our best for you. In cases of incidents and disruptions, we try to find a solution as quickly as possible. 

There are currently no disruptions to our IT services.

Planned maintenance work

To offer you fast and secure services, we regularly update our software and hardware. Software and hardware developers provide updates, which we check and carry out swiftly, especially where critical vulnerabilities are involved. In addition, we renew, exchange and extend server and network components. Of course, we aim to keep disruptions due to maintenance work to a minimum.
