Maintenance and Incidents

We always do our best for you. In cases of incidents and disruptions, we try to find a solution as quickly as possible. 

There are currently no disruptions to our IT services.

Tips for a quicker Internet connection on campus:

  • Do not use personal hot spots since they diminish the bandwidth and thus disrupt the entire network.
  • Turn off the wireless on your device, when you have taken your seat, and wait a moment. As soon as you turn the wireless on again, your device can connect to the nearest access point.

Planned maintenance work

In order to offer you fast and secure services, we regularly modernize our software and hardware. To this end, software and hardware developers provide updates, which we check and carry out swiftly, especially where critical vulnerabilities are involved. In addition, we renew, exchange and extend server and network components. Of course, we aim to keep disruptions due to maintenance work to a minimum.
