List of all exams taking place in Portal² during the selected semester

This page explains how to generate a list of all exams taking place in Portal².

  1. Log in to Portal².
  2. Under the main menu “Studying” go to “List of all examinations”.
  3. Automatically, you receive a list of all examinations taking place in the selected semester.
  4. Now, use the filter option to narrow down your results. To activate the filter option, please klick the show-filter-button .
    1. You can, for example, enter the date you wish to filter in the field “date of examination”. Now press enter.
    2. It is recommended for International Exchange Students to filter the results by examination title. Enter the title of the course, for which you have registered an examination, and press enter.

As the associated structure of the course of studies for International Exchange Students differs significantly from the structure for Degree Seeking Students, we recommend International Exchange Students to omit steps 5 to 8 and filter for examination title instead.

  1. In case you wish to filter for examinations that belong to your program of study or you wish to change the semester of the examination period, you can select “Change search”. You can now enter your search criteria in the search mask.
  2. In order to filter for your program of study, click on “Select” under “Associated course of studies” in the search mask.
You can now enter the degree, subject, subject indicators and version of the examination regulations of your program of study. By clicking on “Search” you will receive a selection of the programs that were found.

Please note that the denomination of the subject is not always intuitive. For example, when searching for “Master Psychologie mit Schwerpunkt Kognitive und Klinische Psychologie”, you need to search for “Psy: SP Kog & Klin Psy”. If you are unsure, you can select your program by means of the dropdown menu.
  3. Usually, you receive several search results. One result is for the program if it is studied as a main program of study/consecutive master's degree and one result is for the program if it is studied as a second degree program. As the associated examinations are all the same, you can select one or all programs of study.
  4. Now click on “Select” and on “Search”.
