By using the remote support tool, the IT support team is able to look at your screen. During this time, the support team sees your screen and can control your mouse remotely. You can see what happens and intervene at any time, if necessary.
1. Please download the corresponding client for your operating system, using one of the buttons above and save the file (for example on your desktop):
2. Start the remote support tool “AnyDesk” by double-clicking on it. If you use a macOS operating system, you might have to give security permission once when installing AnyDesk. A red permission pop-up will appear that shows you the configuration requirements. You will find step-by-step instructions on the settings.
3. Please give the IT support your ID on the phone.
