Remote Support Tool

By using the remote support tool, the IT support team is able to look at your screen. During this time, the support team sees your screen and can control your mouse remotely. You can see what happens and intervene at any time, if necessary. The following clients are currently available:

Information

  • Please download the corresponding client for your operating system, using one of the buttons above and save the file (for example on your desktop).
  • Start the remote support tool “AnyDesk” by double-clicking on it.
    If you use a macOS operating system, you might have to give security permission once when installing AnyDesk. A red permission pop-up will appear that shows you the configuration requirements. You will find step-by-step instructions on the settings (please find more details in the official AnyDesk instructions).
  • Please give the IT support your ID on the phone.
  • There will not be any program components permanently installed on your computer.
  • You will be able to see live what happens on your computer.
  • After the support session has ended, the IT support will not have access on your computer anymore.
