The University IT (UNIT) offers you many IT services: The digital student ID card ecUM, a personal e-mail account and VPN access and a student instance for the M365 cloud service. The support team is also available on campus in the InfoCenter Schloss Schneckenhof Süd and supports you if you have connection problems with the “eduroam” wireless, helps you in setting up the VPN access, or if you need help when installing MS Teams. The team is happy to answer any questions you may have on the Uni ID and the university e-mail address. From 12 to 16 February 2024, the InfoCeter is open from Monday until Friday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. As of 16 February, the InfoCenter is open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
