Sitting right in your institution, your on-site IT expert is just one phone call away from quickly and personally assisting you with technical issues of any kind, for instance computer or printer problems or repairs.

What are the costs for our Premium Support?

Premium Support costs are calculated on the basis of the extent of the services needed. The terms of the contracts are determined individually, but mostly have a duration of at least two years.

At the School of Social Sciences, we are very happy with the Premium Support offered by the University IT in A5, 6. The support team reacts promptly to e-mail or telephone requests, keeps the computers at the chairs and at the dean’s office up to date and takes care of our IT infrastructure in a reliable manner. They are generally a competent point of contact for all IT-related questions, which greatly facilitates our work.
