Computing Labs
At all schools of the University of Mannheim, students have the possibility of using special computing labs, where they can study and work without any distractions. The labs are equipped with modern hardware, common Office applications as well as special software for your subject. You can also print documents at a low price.
Public computing labs
The public computing labs can be used by students during the indicated opening hours. To use the computers, you need to log in with your Uni-ID (user ID) and password (except for the Psychology CIP Pool and the workstations for media editing, for which you will receive personal login data).

Computing labs for teaching
These labs are used to hold courses at certain times. The booking schedules for all rooms can be viewed in Portal² (under “Organisation/Facilities/Show room schedule”). Students can use these labs during times when they are not required for courses or other teaching purposes.
