New course series: “Well-being along the entrepreneurial journey”

Entrepreneurship can be inspiring and fulfilling, but it also brings significant uncertainties and pressures. The new elective course “MAN 606 Well-being along the Entrepreneurial Journey” in spring 2025 explores patterns in the well-being of entrepreneurs and discusses how entrepreneurs can manage stress and emotional highs and lows.
Led by Erika Ni, the course presents current scientific findings on mental health in entrepreneurship. Topics such as the psychological burdens on founders, the impact of uncertainty and setbacks, and the development of sustainable coping strategies are at the core of the course.
Through discussions of academicreadings, group work and applied exercises, the course combines academic theory with practical application.
