Team Labor Market

The Labor Market and Self-Employment team focuses on the supply of labor, as well as the challenges and opportunities associated with starting or acquiring a business. Our research integrates insights from economics, business administration, and sociology, utilizing a diverse range of methods. These include exploratory qualitative research, statistical and econometric analysis of secondary data, and collecting and analyzing original data through surveys and field experiments to explore causal relationships. Our goal is to blend rigorous scientific research with practical recommendations for policymakers, administrators, organizations, and businesses.
