ifm sponsors award at this year's EURAM

The Family Business Division will receive targeted support at the conference.

As in previous years, ifm Mannheim is once again supporting the Family Business Division at this year's EURAM. The conference will take place in Norway in June and will bring together over 2,500 researchers from around the world. The theme of this year's conference is the challenges posed by a world in transition. Disruptive changes often affect the entire organization and require a holistic management approach. The conference theme is relevant to all research that deals with various aspects that enable management to cope with these changes. These include organizational resilience, paradox management, agility, risk management, and innovative business models. The Family Business Division focuses in particular on the circumstances in family businesses.
