Kyung Eun (Trixie) Park is a GESS Ph.D. candidate and has been a research assistant at the Entrepreneurship and SME Research Chair since September 2023. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration (B.Sc.) from Sungkyunkwan University in Seoul, South Korea, and an M.Sc. in Management from the University of Mannheim. Prior to joining the institute, Trixie gained professional experience as an IT consultant and account manager at a professional services firm. Her research interests span diversity and sustainability, with a focus on topics such as the sustainability performance of firms with diverse top management teams (TMTs) and the impact of gender quotas on entrepreneurship. She specializes in big data and AI-driven research methods.
