Dr. Michael Hoeck on Venture Capital Financing

Dr. Michael Höck, Venture Partner at the Earlybird-Uni X Fund, will lead three sessions as part of the “Advanced Entrepreneurship” course, in which he will explain the fundamentals of entrepreneurial finance with a focus on venture capital financing. Students will gain insight into venture capital logic, the valuation of startups and scale-ups, contract drafting in connection with funding rounds, setting up their own fund, syndication, and dealing with venture capitalists from the perspective of a VC-backed company.
