Update of the first study on salary structures in family businesses

Family businesses are regarded as important employers in Germany. Nevertheless, little is known about the payment structures of managing directors. For this reason, ifm mannheim and Gabriela Jaecker GmbH Personal und Nachfolgeberatung conducted the first study on salary structures in family businesses in 2014. A new version of the study is currently being conducted in order to track developments over the last 10 years and document the current status of CEO salaries in family businesses.
