STARTUP LOUNGE #127 | Vision Domes

What if the spaces we build could also change the way we live, learn and create together?

At our next Startup Lounge, we welcome Philipp Jungk, CEO & Co-Founder of Vision Domes.

Based in Mannheim, Vision Domes develops modular geodesic timber domes – from outdoor classrooms and creative retreats to tiny houses. Combining distinctive architecture, resource-efficient design and collaborative building, Vision Domes explores new ways of creating spaces that bring people together.

At the Startup Lounge, Philipp will share the story behind Vision Domes, what it takes to turn an idea for alternative building into a real company, and how entrepreneurship can help create spaces that people can actively shape themselves.

This Startup Lounge is organized together with ENGAGE.EU as part of the ENGAGE.EU Expedition Week at the University of Mannheim, this year focusing on “Culture & the City.”
