Förderkreis fwi e.V.

The Förderkreis für Wirtschaftsinformatik at the University of Mannheim (fwi e.V.) offers a platform for intensive exchange between research and practice regarding the use and design of business information systems. It is thus a link between scientists, active and former students of the University of Mannheim as well as future-oriented companies.

The fwi offers both personal and corporate memberships. Members have access to a variety of benefits and activities:

• a variety of subject-related networking events
• lectures and workshops on practical transfer of relevant scientific findings
• practical lectures by decision-makers from business
• scholarship and awarding to outstanding students of Mannheim Business Informatics
