During Your Studies

Practical phases during your studies

Practical phases are important elements of your teacher education studies in which you have the opportunity to combine theory and practice. During your Bachelor's studies, you will complete a three-week orientation internship to give you an initial insight into the teaching profession. In the Master's program, you will spend an entire semester at a school as part of the school placement semester and gain extensive experience of working and teaching in a school.

First School Placement

In the bachelor's program in Teacher Education, an internship is part of the second subject-specific semester of the bachelor’s program, meaning the students spend three weeks at a secondary school or a vocational school.
