Prevention of sexualized violence
in and through university sports
In university sports, the focus is not only on physical fitness and sporting success, but also on the well-being and safety of all participants. We are actively committed to creating spaces that promote safety, tolerance, diversity and justice. In particular, the prevention of sexualized violence is a central concern of the Institute of Sports. Through targeted measures, we aim to raise awareness in order to take preventative action against (sexualized) violence and offer support to those affected. We take an active stance against all forms of discrimination, boundary violations and sexualized violence. Our aim is to establish a sustainable culture of awareness, mindfulness and mutual respect.
