At 55 CrossGym you can improve your strength, endurance, agility, speed, dexterity and coordination at no cost. The functional fitness workout offers you a varied and highly intensive full-body fitness workout in small groups (max. 10 participants). In boxing, the focus is on the physical aspects of boxing, correct execution and harmonious flow of movement. In kickboxing, the focus is on the controlled use of body motor skills and physical strength. In open gym you have the opportunity to practise the techniques you have learned independently.

In order to participate in the offers, you need a valid SportsCard and a registration for the course you would like to attend. Please note that course registration is also required for free training. If you would like to train at the RIG, please fill out and sign the Functional RIG disclaimer.

Our training offers focus not only on physical activity, but also on promoting mental strength, self-defense skills and a sense of community. We emphasize respect and team spirit to create a positive and safe environment for all participants.
