With our Gratitude & Reflection workshop, you can treat yourself to a reflective break as the year draws to a close. This gentle yoga practice invites you to reflect on the past year, notice your personal growth and cultivate a deep sense of gratitude for the journey you've experienced. After the session, we will come together to eat speculoos cookies and enjoy a warm cup of tea.
