From Monday, July 20th Outdoor courses planned!

Dear students, dear participants of university sports,

Due to the corona regulations, our fitness studios and all other sports facilities with the exception of the tennis courts are unfortunately still closed. We plan to reopen the D2 gym at the beginning of the semester at the latest. In addition we aim to offer outdoor courses at the Alfred-Delp-Sportanlage in Friedrichspark, beginning Monday, July 20th, 2020.

We are planning Basketball, Soccer, Beach Volleyball and various courses such as Gettoworkout, Powermove, Fit & Fun, Latin Fitness, etc.

The number of participants per course will be limited, so that registration will be necessary for all courses. We will inform you here on the website and in our social media channels as soon as we can start the courses.

Regardless of our plans for outdoor classes, our streaming offerings will continue to run. A current weekly overview of the streaming courses can be found here. There are also free workshops in the areas of dance, kickboxing and fitness & health sports, for which you have to register in advance. You can find a complete overview of our sports program under "Sports A-Z ".

Important information regarding our live streaming:

For our live courses we use the online tool “Zoom”.

Our offers are basically aimed at members of the universities. However, due to the pandemic and the limited possibilities of the population to do sports, we have decided to make our streams freely available on Vimeo. With the following link you can access the livestream:

We offer many courses in the field of Yoga & Meditation especially for the examination phase, but also beyond that. These are streamed exclusively via Zoom (ID 213313 4793, Registration is not necessary - just unroll the mat and get started.
