New IfS Offer: Stress Prevention & Mindfulness

With increasing duration, the Corona Pandemic poses a growing challenge to our resilience and mental health. With this in mind, IfS has expanded its course formats in this area to include the following offering:

Stress Prevention & Mindfulness in a 1:1 Setting

The focus is on the questions:

  • How can I approach my everyday life more mindfully and calmly, reduce stress and find peace?
  • How can I support and strengthen my well-being and mental health?

This offer is free of charge, is aimed at students and employees of the University of Mannheim and is designed as preventive coaching. Two one-to-one coaching sessions of one hour (60 minutes) are available per person.
