Campus-Community Partnerships

At the University of Mannheim, we understand campus-community partnerships as long-term collaborations with partners.

(Civic) society and university work on solutions for societally relevant questions jointly, regularly, and in a defined way. Campus-community partnerships open up new questions and new fields of application in and with society. Both partners should experience the optimization of their own work – for example by solving current problems – and an increase in competence as a result of the collaboration.
