Our T1 FitnessGym is located in the heart of Mannheim’s Quadrate district at T1, 1, 68161 Mannheim, and is the perfect place for all fitness enthusiasts. With a 1,150-square-meter training area, the gym has everything you need for a varied and effective fitness workout. It offers an ideal mix of guided and self-directed exercise options, high-quality cardio and strength training equipment, and a spacious free-weight area.
Our gym is open to students and employees of the University of Mannheim and its university sports partners, and offers a casual and relaxed training atmosphere. It’s tailored to both beginners and advanced athletes—here you’ll find everything you need to balance your academic life with physical activity.

Friday–Sunday (and on holidays) 10:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.T1 FitnessGym is open year-round and is closed only on Good Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day. On all other holidays, the same opening hours apply as on weekends. During the break from classes, opening hours may vary. Any changes to opening hours will be announced online.
